in our room we had an electronic key card, tv and a writing desk. concierge staff had a real "can do" approach. it is located in a shopping area. plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Beds were too soft.

All in all, it was convenient base for travelling to Kuala Lumpur. The room we got was compact and quiet.

Alor street was easy walk to. We enjoyed transit kuala lumpur. 5 minutes on foot from the tube.
